Punching Louis

What do I want to do?

I want to buy a 175,000 dollar punching bag made by Louis Vuitton, and have as many people as possible punch it.

Why do this?

In short: Why not?

In long: Because It annoys me when people buy stuff and don't use it.It annoys me that people will buy this bag and are not going to punch it. It will be a trophy that will be put behind glass. It's a waste of materials, effort and energy. I want to bring it back to what it is, a punching bag, by having as many people as possible punch it.
What happens to the bag after the project ? If I can acquire the bag I will sell the bag and the proceeds from the sale will go and support the Darunsikkhalai School for Innovative Learning (DSIL). DSIL aims to develop student's learning process by integrating various academic skills to student's interests. This is a school where kids can learn how to think creatively and make useful sustainable products. For more information on DSIL please visit their website (http://e-school.kmutt.ac.th/index.php)
So let's have some fun and have a huge amount of people punch a 175,000 dollar punching bag!

Where will this take place?

Since I'm based in Bangkok the mass punching will take place there as well. There are rewards for people pledging a certain amount, if you can't come to Bangkok but pledge a certain amount of money you'll be rewarded (more info on rewards on https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1188341263/punching-louis ).

How can you support this project?

You can support it by pledging on ( https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1188341263/punching-louis ) and/or by sharing this idea on social media, emailing it to your grandma and asking your very rich parents, kids or other wealthy people you know to donate a lot of money.
